Figure Skating

Private lesson for figure skating on a Freestyle skating session. Admission to the session is additional according to the rink's pricing and payable to the facility before entering the ice. You must have your figure skates that are in good repair, fit properly, and are appropriate for your skating level.

Hockey Skating

Private hockey skating lesson on a Public or Freestyle session. Helmets are required gear is optional. Pucks are not permitted! Sticks may be used at coaches discretion depending on the session. Admission to the session is additional according to the rink's specific pricing. You must pay for the session before getting on the ice,

Learn to Skate

Private basic skills skating lesson for up to Basic 3. Admission to the session and rental skates (if you need them) are additional and payable to the rink before entry.

Strength & Conditioning

Sport-specific athletic training session off the ice for figure skaters and/or hockey skaters.

Empowering children, parents, families, & adults to perform their best on and off the ice. My approach is unique because I am skilled in on-ice development and off-ice strength and conditioning to optimize on-ice performance and nutrition and health coaching.

I became a coach to help aspiring skaters avoid making the mistakes that I made. I’ve suffered injuries and been exhausted and frustrated because I couldn’t access the right program and tools to achieve my goals properly. I learned everything the hard way by seeking instruction, information, and inspiration.

I now work with skaters, parents, and even other coaches – because I believe every skater deserves the opportunity to take their performance to the next level under the guidance of a coach who has been there and genuinely wants to help them succeed on the ice and in life!
